Michael Keaton is an American actor and producer best known for his performance in the movie 'Birdman. Being a multi-faceted actor, he is able to perform comedy and dramatic characters. A multi-faceted actor who is adept at playing comedic and dramatic parts. He was attracted to acting and performing when he was in his teens and attempted stand-up comedy while a young man. The show was not an enviable stand-up career, however it opened the door for a career in acting. Unable to find success as a comedian he took the job of cameraman for a TV cable channel. This job was the first time he realized that he truly wanted to appear on camera. After a couple of episodes on Mister Rogers Neighborhood, he was able to get a television part. His natural talent as an actor made him popular in the world of television. After establishing a successful film career, his funny performances brought him a lot of recognition. The actor gained further recognition for his portrayal of the famous superhero from Tim Burton's Batman. As time passed, he grew in his acting skills and began to work in direction and production. The Birdman film of 2014 Birdman film garnered him numerous awards and nominations.
